4Deposits and Withdrawals

5.2 Rollover Requirements and Contributors

5.4 Cashback & Ongoing Promotions
The 5% daily cashback programme for Sports Betting and e-sports is credited automatically every day for active members. Cashback is calculated based on net wager amounts (after deducting winnings) over the preceding 24-hour period and is credited before 09:00 the following day. Cashback is not subject to any rollover requirement and may be withdrawn directly.
6Taxes and Financial Obligations
Untung44 operates as a digital entertainment platform. Members are solely responsible for understanding and complying with any tax obligations relating to online gambling winnings under applicable laws in Malaysia or their jurisdiction of residence. 7Sports Betting Rules
7.1 Bet Confirmation
All bets are considered final and cannot be cancelled once confirmed by the untung44 system. Please review all bet details carefully before confirming. untung44 will not entertain any bet cancellation requests citing player error after confirmation has been made.
7.2 Void Bets
Untung44 reserves the right to void and refund bets under the following circumstances: a match is cancelled before it begins and not replayed within 48 hours; an obvious pricing error resulting from a technical fault; or where fraud, manipulation, or foreknowledge of the result prior to the bet being accepted is established. - Official results announced by the organising body serve as the final reference for bet settlement, including results revised following an appeal.
- Bets placed on matches that are cancelled or significantly changed in format (e.g., from Bo3 to Bo1) will be voided and the stake refunded.
- Match results determined by walkover or forfeit will be accepted as valid outcomes for bet settlement purposes.
